Shrimp Stir-Fry

I followed a recipe from my father with shrimp and it came out amazing!!!
Ingredients:
Shrimp (Frozen cooked or fresh)
Stir-Fry Mix (broccoli, bok choy, carrots, snow peas)
Onions
Red, Yellow and Green Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Pepper (Yes Cayenne!)
White Wine
Olive Oil
Stir fry sauce or sesame garlic sauce

* Chop up onions, peppers and garlic and place in a frying pan with olive oil, stir fry sauce or sesame sauce
* Cook for about 2 minutes or until onions are browned
*Add a few drops of white wine, salt and cayenne
*Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes on low
*In a stock pot bring about 4 cups of water to a boil for the vegetables
*Place vegetables in the water and flash steam for 5 minutes (This will make the vegetables cook but not overcooked)
*Drain water from pot
*Add shrimp and sauce and....VOILA :)
